Superset: 12 Back Rack Lunges (same weight)

 

WOD:

 

Kind of like yesterday but different and more awesome 

 

3 RFT:

10 Hang Power Cleans 65/95

10 Snatch Balance + OHS Complex (SB + OHS = 1)

10 OTB Squat Thrust Double Hops

 

**Accumulate 1000m of Running at any point in the WOD
