FRONT SQUAT – 7s x 5r @75%

 

**The Smovlov program is designed to be done with BACK SQUATS only, so if you would like to stick to the original program, you can sub back squats for front squats and stay at the same percentage. But if you’d like to work on your strength and mobility across all squat varieties, then you can follow the above programing.
