ATTENTION CFD ATHLETES!! We will be having a modified class schedule tomorrow (Sunday) morning due to Robyn's "Yogi Bears" event taking place at 10am at Bear's Food Shack Delray Beach! Our EWOD will start at 8:30PM instead of 9AM tomorrow, and there will be NO 10AM class. At 9:30am after the endurance class is done, we will be walking/driving/scooting over to Bear's Food Shack for a fun, all-levels vinyasa practice with Robyn AND Sherri (our other yoga instructor) along with DJ Sal Vecchio! Practice will begin at 10:00 AM and will be followed by smoothies, coffee and morning snacks provided by Bear’ s Food Shack! Don’t’ forget your mat!!!

You DO NOT have to pre-register ! This event is our offering to the community and is FREE to the public!


TO REPEAT: We are only having ONE CLASS tomorrow morning from 8:30-9:30AM. We will close the gym at 9:30AM and head to Bear's for some YOGA, FOOD, MUSIC, and FUN!
