Hello CFD athletes! We hope you all enjoyed your first day of 2017! Tomorrow for the observed New Year's Holiday, we will be having 2 classes - 8:30AM and 10AM. We have a special New Year's WOD to kick off 2017! Our regular class schedule will resume Tuesday Jan. 3rd. Here we go!
