Wednesday's WOD and STAMINA!

Here is your Wednesday WOD and stamina! We will be having 3 CrossFit classes tomorrow - 10am/12:15pm/5:30pm, as well as open gym from 11am-12pm and 4-5:30pm.  There will be NO YOGA tomorrow. Coach Matt and I say HI from Canada!! We miss you guys!!
