Endurance WOD (9am)

 

6-4-2-4-6-4-2:

Hundred meter Run/Row/Bike*

DUBs x 10

Mountain Climbers x 10

Double Down Burpees

 

*If you choose to bike, you must multiply the distance by 2.5 (ie. 600m = 1.5K on the bike)

20 sec. Hanging Chair Hold

 

 

CrossFit (10am)

 

Strength:

 

5 times through the following complex, increasing in weight every set:

Push Press

Power Jerk

Split Jerk

3 Front Squats

WOD:

 

15 minute AMRAP:

10 Power Cleans 65/95

10 Front Rack Lunges

10 Hang Power Snatches

200m Run
