15 muscle-ups (sub = 15 Pull-ups + 15 Dips)

30 DB shoulders-to-overheads 25/35

30 Backwards DUBs (sub = 2:1 DUBs, 2:1 Backwards singles, or 3:1 regular singles)

15 Overhead Squats 95/135

30 pull-ups

30 burpees

300-foot walking lunge with a 25/45-lb. plate held overhead
