Wednesday's WOD and STAMINA :)

Sorry there was some confusion with the WOD today due to a typo! Everyone missed out on the 15 front squats, but that's ok because you did 15 overhead squats instead! And overhead squats are everyone's favorite anyway ;) Now onto Wednesday's stamina and WOD! Also, please note our THANKSGIVING SCHEDULE below...there will be 6:30pm CrossFit tomorrow and NO 7:30PM CLASS...
