Veteran's Day Hero WOD

First off, Happy Veteran’s Day! We’ve got a HERO WOD in store for tomorrow in honor all of our hero's who have sacrificed a lot for our country. When you’re mid-WOD, and things start to get tough…that’s when it’s time to push hard. Think about the bigger picture...it's just a workout ;)

10 HSPU

15 deadlifts 165/250

25 box jumps 24/30

50 pull-ups

100 wallballs 14/20

200 DUBs (3:1 singles)

Run 400 meters with a 25/45# pound plate
