400m Run or Row

800m Run or Row

Rest 2 minutes

400m Run or Row

 

Score = total time

 

**one 400/800 will be running, the other will be rowing

 

WOD:

 

15 minute AMRAP Ladder:

1-2-3…2-3-4…3-4-5…4-5-6…etc.

Muscle Ups (sub = equal reps pull-up + dip)
