We've got a fun lil' Wednesday WOD for ya! And don't forget about yoga with Sherri at 6:30pm!

CrossFit (6am/7am/10am/12:15pm/5:30pm)

 

WOD:

 

Complete rounds for 20 minutes of:

1 Rope Climb

5 Atomic Situps 25/35

10 OH Lunges 25/35

20 Pulls on the Rower

 

2 Separate Scores:

1. Total Rounds + Reps

2. Total Calories

 

Post-WOD Stamina:

5 Rounds of :30 on/:30 off on the assault bike. Record total calories. **On the “off” interval, feet must be off the pedals and hand must be off the handles.

 

 

Yoga (6:30pm)

 

 

On-ramp (7:30pm)
