Tuesday's WODs and new strength program!

Here are your Tuesday WODs along with the start of a new strength program! We will be focusing on 4 different lifts during the week (bench press, deadlift, overhead press, squat) and an olympic lifting session on the weekend. We will also do a make-up strength session on either Saturday or Sunday like we've been doing. Talk to your coaches if you have any questions!

10 DUBs (sub = Backwards or Single-leg singles, equal reps)
