Wednesday's WOD, Stamina, and YOGA!

That was a deceiving WOD today...much harder than it looked! Way to push through with GOOD FORM! :) Also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our most dedicated rooster Loren Ryan!! She tricked us and came to an evening class today, but still got her birthday burpees in! Although, it was only 27...is that enough?? ;)

 

Tomorrow is the much anticipated STAMINA DAY! Here is your Wednesday WOD...and yoga at 6:30pm!

1 Length Toy Soldiers

5 Mule Kicks

A) 3K Run for time (we have a loop!)

B) 3K Row for time

C) 5K Bike for time
