Chipper Friday is here!!

Sorry to keep you waiting for the revelation of CHIPPER FRIDAY!! Here it is! As for strength, if you want to do a max day tomorrow, you can come in during any of our open gym times (8-10am, 11-12:15pm, 4-5:30pm). We will not be conducting a strength session during the classes tomorrow since we can not fit both strength and the chipper all in an hour. We will have our last 2 opportunities to test your maxes Saturday and Sunday...then, Monday we will be starting a new program!
