10 Push-up Shoulder Taps

5 Two-Taps

10 Air Squats

 

STRENGTH:

 

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (aka 5 sets):

10 Front Squats @65% 1RM

WOD:

 

5 Rounds of:

4 Deadlifts 95/135

3 Bear Complexes 95/135

2 Hundred meter run

1 Rope Climb

Back Squat

CrossFit Endurance (6am)

800m Assault
