CrossFit (10am)

 

Strength:

Death by bodyweight Front Squats

 

WOD:

4 Squat Cleans 105/155

8 Strict HSPU

4 Deadlifts

8 S2OH

 

 

DETOX (11am)

This is a 45 min class. The first half hour will be a cardio/endurance sweat-out, followed by a 15 min deep athletic stretch and recovery.
