1 Length Spiderman Lunges with reach

1 Length Toy Soldiers

 

2 Rounds of:

5 Mule Kicks

10 Push-ups

10 Split Jumps

 

STRENGTH:

 

Every 0:30 for 5 minutes:

Power Clean

High hang power clean

Low hang power clean

Front Squat

WOD:

 

For time:

42 medicine ball cleans 14/20

21 Bench presses 85/155

30 medicine ball cleans

15 Bench presses

18medicine ball cleans

9 Bench presses

 

*Floor press can also be substituted for bench

 

 

CrossFit Endurance (6am)

 

Complete in any order broken up however you want, however you must complete a whole round before starting your next round

 

2 Rounds of:

 

100 Mountain Climbers R/L = 1

200 High Knees R/L = 1

300 Unders

200m Sandbag Carry

35 Calories (any implement)
