Sunday's EWOD and 16.3!

For those of you who have yet to take on 16.3, tomorrow is the day! We will be running waves starting at 10:15am, so make sure you arrive by 10am at the LATEST to start warming up on your own. There will be NO YOGA at 8am for the rest of this month as we are changing the time to 11am starting the first week of April. We will still have our 9am Endurance WOD as usual. Here it is!
