Chipper Friday! AKA pre-16.3!

16.3 has been released! I know many of you whose bar muscle-ups are stronger than ring muscle ups are excited! This is the first time that bar muscle ups have been in an open workout. For those of you who have never done a bar muscle up...let's get at it! You have 4 whole days!! Scores for 16.3 are due by Monday night at 8pm (y) and BMU practice starts tomorrow with our Friday Chipper!
