Sunday's EWOD and 16.1!!

Hope you all enjoyed this beautiful Saturday! And for those of you who have yet to take on 16.1 (which is most of us)...I hope you're ready!! Coach Matt set up the gym today with lanes and everything to gear up for tomorrow. We will still have our 9am Endurance WOD as usual and then the 10AM class will be designated to killer 16.1 performances! We want to be done by 12 noon so people make sure you arrive between 9 and 10am to start warming up and are ready to go by 10am! We can have 5 athletes go at a time. If you have not registered for the Open, you will have to wait until those that have registered are done before you can do the workout. So get registered! It's not too late...you have until Tuesday night at 8pm. Talk to your coaches if you have any questions! LET'S DO THIS!
