Great job on those sprints today everyone! Make sure you stay hydrated and keep rolling out your hamstrings. They will probably be tight tomorrow if they aren't already! I want to keep adding sprints to our programming every couple of weeks because they are a great way to train your anaerobic capacity.
We will be ordering our new batch of CFD Hoodies by the end of this week. You must pre-order your size and color if you want to receive one! Those of you who signed up to purchase a hoodie already will receive an email confirming your size and you must reply back with your color of choice by WEDNESDAY of THIS WEEK. If you do not specify color, you will get a heathered black hoodie. The email will also contain a mock-up of the design with a link to your color choices. Let us know if you have any questions!
