Great job on the plentiful amount of thrusters today!  We'll take a little break from the squats tomorrow and say hello to Diane!  And don't forget to come stretch it out during yoga with Sherri at 6:30pm!

10 Flag Push-ups
15 Hollow Rocks
10 Superman Bends
10 RDL’s on each leg
50 Handstand Steps

 

STRENGTH:
Deadlift – 5RM

 

WOD:

HSPU (sub = DB Push Press + seconds of handstand hold)
