Chipper Friday!!!

Chipper Fridayyyy!!!  

 

For tomorrow's chipper, we will start off with basic exercises and light weight, go for a run in the middle, and then come back and repeat all the exercises in a more advanced fashion...harder and heavier!  Let's do it!

25 Squat cleans 65/95
25 Push-ups (good ones!)
50 Overhead plate forward lunges 25/45
Run 800
50 Overhead plate reverse lunges 25/45
25 Explosive pushups
25 Squat cleans (85/125)
25 C2B pullups
