Endurance WOD (9am)

1000-800-600-400-200
Meters of running and rowing (alternating – you can start with your choice)
200ft. Locomotive mobility between each set (bear crawl, lunges, crab walk, burpee broad jumps)


CrossFit (10am)

7 RFT:
7 Power Jerks 85/125
14 OTB Lateral Hops
21 Hollow Rocks
