Oh boy...coach Rebecca has come up with a SPLENDID WOD for you guys tomorrow.  If you were thinking of taking tomorrow off, THINK AGAIN!  This is one you will NOT want to miss.

"The whole kit and kaboodle"

 

CrossFit (6am/7am/10am/12:15pm/5:30pm)

 

WARM UP:
200m Run 
200m Row
10 Hollow Rocks
10 Superman Bends
Group Stretch

 

STRENGTH:

None today…but why?  See below 👿

 

WOD:

 

For time:
25 Strict Pull-ups
50 HR Push-ups
1 Mile Run

 

Then, 5 Rounds of:
1 Round of Cindy (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats)
6 C&J 95/135

 

 

Yoga (6:30pm) - stretching and mobillity

 

 

On-Ramp (7:30pm)
