Those were some fun snatches today!  We're you guys lucky to do snatches with both the barbell AND the kettlebell!?  Coach Rebecca is just too good to you.  That farmers carry at the end was quite the treat as well ;)

2 Hundred Meter MB Run 14/20

3 Bear complexes 95/135

 

 

CrossFit Endurance (6am)

 

3 RFT:

1000m Run

100 Backwards Singles

10 Calorie Row

1 Length Handstand Walk (sub = 2 lengths bear crawl)
