Great job on those Curtis P complexes today guys!  I know those were tough, especially with that load and volume!  Remember, volume drives the damage response.  Muscle damage (aka break down) + adequate recovery = INCREASED STRENGTH!!

 

It's been a pretty heavy week and a lot of us are sore or tired...so for our chipper we'll go light and fluffy with the girls!

 

Now on to chipper Friday!!
