Wednesday's Triangle Triplet!

Tough WOD today Mikey!  Good one though.  Gotta love those snatches!!  Tomorrow we will do our own version of the triangle couplet from the Games...except we will do a triangle triplet instead!  And don't forget about our mobility yoga class with Miss Sherri at 6:30pm!
