100m Waitors Walk (plate)

10 MB Cleans

10 MB Chest-to-OH

10 Ring reps (dips, rows, whatever strikes you fancy!) 

Tuck Jumps

 

For time:

50 Calorie Row

40 Box Jumps 20/24

30 Wall Balls 14/20

20 Power Cleans  115/165

10 Muscle Ups (sub = 15 Dips and 15 Pull-ups)

 

Then, on to the weekend!!
