Chipper Friday is HERE!!  Sometimes I become brain dead when trying to come up with our Friday chipper.  When that happens, I check the date.  Tomorrow is May 22 and you know what that means…terrible 2’s equals double trouble!!  Here is your Friday Chipper!!

22 Triple Unders

22 Pull-ups

22 Overhead Squats 65/95

22 KB Swings 53/70 

22 Push Press 65/95

22 Dips (any type)

22 SDLHP 65/95

22 Burpees

22 Back Squats 95/135

22 GHD sit-ups

22 Walking lunge steps

22 Deadlifts 95/135

22 T2B

22 Front Squats 95/135

22 KB Snatch

 

**You can complete the exercises in ANY ORDER, however once you start an exercise you must complete ALL the reps before moving on to the next.
