A Special CHIPPER FRIDAY WOD...

For chipper Friday this week we will be doing a special WOD for one of our awesome athletes from Place of Hope who turned 18 this week. He is the 3rd young man aging out of foster care at Place of Hope. He turns 18 on Saturday and will be moving into his own apartment with another young man who was also in foster care and is turning 18. He has been coming to the box twice a week every week for a while now and it an absolute BEAST!! (As you can see from the video!) He asked if he could create our Friday chipper this week and I said we would be honored!! So here it is!! He also programmed the loads and substitutions himself!
