So how about that 15.1!?  I hope you're all excited to KILL IT!  Here it is for those of you who missed the live announcement:

 

Open WOD 15.1:

AMRAP in 9 mins:

15 T2B

10 Deadlifts 75/115

5 Snatches 75/115

 

15.1A - You have 6 minutes from 9:01-15:00 to establish a:

1 RM Clean and Jerk

 

I will be programming the Open WODs on Sundays at 10am.  However, you're welcome to come in during any of the open gym times and complete it.  Just talk to your coaches to schedule a time if you can't make it on Sunday.  All scores are due by 8pm on Monday.  You will be given a score sheet from your judge to bring home and enter your own scores online.  Once you enter your score, it will be validated by either myself or Matt.  If you haven't signed up yet, it's not too late!!  The Open is such an awesome experience and if you're thinking twice about it, JUST DO IT!!  You won't regret it.  Here is the link to register: http://games.crossfit.com/
