Tuesday's WODs - 2/17/2015

WOW.  I think "Kalsu" has moved to the top of the list for the hardest WODs completed at CFD...I don't think anyone will disagree with that.  Amazing work by everyone who did not cherry pick the WOD and decided to come in and push themselves to the limit.  As much as you wanted to stay on the ground after every burpee you did, NOBODY QUIT and everyone pushed hard all the way to the end.  I hope you are feeling accomplished and proud of yourselves!  

 

NOTE: We will be completing the Lurong Living Benchmark WOD on Thursday so you can plan accordingly.
