Sunday Feb. 15, 2015

 

Endurance WOD (9am)

 

For time:

1 mile Run

50 Walking Lunges

40 Box Jumps 20/24

30 DUBs (or 90 singles)

20 Clapping Push-ups

10 Juicers

1 mile Run

 

 

CrossFit (10am)

 

Strength:

Find your max push press.  Then perform 3 sets of 3 at 90%.  

 

Skills:

Max hover hold!

 

WOD:

15 min. AMRAP

5 HSPU

10 Slam Balls 30/50

Curtis P. Ladder 75/115

 

On your first round, perform 1 Curtis P., on your second round perform 2 Curtis Ps, etc.

 

Curtis P. = Hang Squat Clean, Lunge right, Lunge left, Push Press
