Endurance WOD (9am)

200m Run

20 Grasshoppers

 

8 min. AMRAP

200m arms-only row

20 Squat Tucks

 

6 min. AMRAP

200 Single leg singles

20 Push-up Shoulder taps

 

4 min. AMRAP

 

200 ft. marching lunges

20 Clap Jacks

 

2 minute AMRAP

Burpees!

 

*2 minutes rest between AMRAPS

 

Score = total reps

 

CrossFit (10am)

 

Strength:

Establish your max push press and then perform 5 x 5 at 70% 

 

WOD:

15 min. AMRAP Ladder:

1-2-3-4…etc.

Front Squat 65/95

Front Rack Lunges R/L = 1

Back Squat 65/95

Back Rack Lunges R/L = 1

Overhead Squat 65/95

Overhead Lunges R/L = 1
