Awesome DUBs and OHS in the house today!!  Way to go guys.  I can tell that everyone is really focusing on good form which will help you tremendously in your strength and your WODs.  Well you all know what tomorrow is...CHIPPER FRIDAY!!

10 Deadlifts 135/185

40  KB Swings 53/70

10 Deadlifts

30 KB SDLHP 

10 Deadlifts

20 Goblet Squats

10 Deadlifts

10 KB Snatch

10 Deadlifts

200m KB Carry (every time you have to put the KB down, you must do 3 squat thrusts before you pick it back up)

 

P.S.  We need another 1 male (scaled or RX) to compete in WODaMania!  It's on February 7th and we will have lots of CFD athletes competing.  Talk to one of your coaches if you're interested :)
