WOD:

OHS 65/95 (RX+ = 95/135)

30 DUBs (sub 90 singles)

 

Endurance WOD (6am)

 

20 min. AMRAP

400m Run

30 Box Jumps

20 Burpees

10 Calorie Row

 

At 20:00 – 1 mile run for time!

 

Unloaded WOD (6:30pm)

 

For time:

50 KB Swings

50 Push-ups

50 Box Jumps

 

*every 3 minutes – 200m RUN
