CrossFit (6am/7am/10am/12:15/5:30pm)

Strength: Death by Jerks! 

Every Minute for as long as possible, you will increase by 1 rep at 75% 1RM Jerk. Must come from the floor. 

WOD: 

15 mins. AMRAP ladder:
Bear Complex 95/135
Wall Walk

**complete 10 ring dips after each round**

Endurance WOD (6:30pm)

5 RFT: 
200m Run
20 Box Jump Overs 20/24
20 Split Jumps
200m Row

On-Ramp (7:30pm)
