HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

 

Hope you all are enjoying the final hours of 2014!  Have fun tonight and be safe!  Tomorrow (Jan. 1, 2015) we will be open for open gym from 2-5pm (no scheduled classes).  I will give a couple WOD options, or you can do your own work out or lifting session :)  Just make sure you're prepared for our New Year's chipper on Friday ;)

OPEN GYM (2-5pm)

 

2 WODs to choose from, one strength endurance, and the other a met-con.    Open gym from 2-5pm.  

 

WOD OPTION #1 (strength endurance):

 

5 RFT:

20 STRICT Ring Dips (no bending of the legs)

14 Thrusters 95/135

 

WOD OPTION #2 (metabolic conditioning)

100 Strict Pull-ups

100 Push-ups

100 Ring Rows

100 Squats

100 Lunges R/L = 1

100 Arm Haul (4:1)

100 Mountain Climbers (4:1)

100 Dips

100 Sit-ups

100 Burpees

 

Partition reps as needed and take as long as you need.  No cap!  But you must be done by 5pm ;)
