Way to get after that killer WOD today! Took lots of focus and mental toughness to get through that one. Props to Jacki and Robyn for doubling tonight with 2 very tough WODs! You girls ROCK! Overall, everyone did a great job, worked hard, and pushed to the limit...stronger everyday!
