I hope you all had a great start to our Christmas month with our HAPPY DECEMBER WOD!!  Also, some mentionables for our handstand walks...way to go Coach Matt, Grambo, and Papi!!  There is no better way to solidify those handstands than practice practice practice!  Anywhere and everywhere ;)

CrossFit (7am/9am/5:30pm/6:30pm/7:30pm)

 

15 min. AMRAP Ladder

3-6-9-12…etc.

Push Press 95/135

Box Jumps 24/30

 

**At 5:00 and 10:00 – perform 15 deadlifts**

 

CrossFit Endurance (6am)

 

15 minute row for calories 

 

**Every 4 minutes – SUPERLEGS!

 

Superlegs = 20 squats, 20 lunges, 20 split jumps, 10 jump squats

 

5 minute rest

 

10 min. AMRAP

100 Singles

10 Box Jump Overs

10 Frog Thrusters
