Max Push-ups in 1 minute

1 minute rest

Squat Cleans 95/135

KB Swings 53/70

 

**30 DUBs at the beginning, between sets, and at the end**

 

Yoga (6:30pm)

 

On-Ramp (7:30pm) - KB Movements
