Great job on that complex WOD today guys...lots of technical barbell movements along with gymnastics skills! We still have all our lifters going strong with our leg strength program as well. We had some quick runners and crazy jumpers in our endurance class tonight! Way to go Will, Clayton, and Austin for clearing those box jump overs!

20 minute AMRAP:
10 Slam Balls 30/50
8 Ring Dips
6 Renegade Man Makers 20/30
4 Wall Walks
200m Farmers Carry 35/53
CrossFit Endurance (6am)
1. 10 minute row for calories with 3 burpees every minute!
Rest 5 minutes
2. 10 minute of 200m laps with 10 split jumps every lap
Then get ready for a killer ab circuit!
