Great job on that complex WOD today guys...lots of technical barbell movements along with gymnastics skills! Â We still have all our lifters going strong with our leg strength program as well. Â We had some quick runners and crazy jumpers in our endurance class tonight! Â Way to go Will, Clayton, and Austin for clearing those box jump overs!
