Sunday FUN-day!  Here are your Sunday WODs...

 

Sunday Aug. 31, 2014

 

Endurance WOD (9am)

 

1000-800-600-400-200

Meters of running and rowing (alternating – you can start with your choice)

200ft. Locomotive mobility between each set (bear crawl, lunges, crab walk, burpee broad jumps)

 

 

CrossFit (10am)

 

7 RFT:

7 Power Jerks 85/125

14 OTB Lateral Hops

21 Hollow Rocks

 

 

**REMINDER - LABOR DAY HOURS**

 

We will be having ONE CLASS at 8:30am and we will be doing a benchmark WOD!  Lumberjacks don't get the day off so neither do we (that was another hint and no we are not doing "Badger")...bring your friends and join us as we conquer the Lumberjack 20 on Labor day morning!! -- If you are bringing a friend, please make sure you arrive 10-15 minutes early so they have time to fill out the waiver before we start the warm-up.  This WOD is open for members and non-members...drop-ins are FREE!!
