CrossFit (7am/9am/5:30pm/6:30pm/7:30pm)

 

Strength: Find your MAX POWER SNATCH

 

Then, for time:

9 Snatches (full or power) 95/135

1 Rope Climb 

7 Snatches

2 Rope Climbs

5 Snatches

3 Rope Climbs

3 Snatches

4 Rope Climbs

1 Snatch

 

CrossFit Endurance (6am)

 

Tabata Row for calories (4 minutes)

1 minute REST

Tabata Jump Rope (4 minutes)

1 minute REST

5 minutes to RUN 500m and do 20 Push-ups

Then…REPEAT!!
