*Perform 2 Wall Walks between every set*

 

Cash-out: 20 Squat Cleans

 

CrossFit Endurance (6am)

 

4 Rounds:

 

6 minutes to:

Row 400m

Run 400m 

Max Wall Balls 14/20 on odd rounds and Max Ball Slams 20/30 on even rounds

 

Score = # of wall balls + ball slams
