Awesome clean ladder tonight guys!!  Congrats to all those who pushed themselves and got some new PRs!  Sticking to our CrossFit Games theme, tomorrow we will take it back to 2013 and do a variation of "LEGLESS".  We will call it "LEGFULL" - use those legs as much as you can!

At the 2013 CrossFit games, they required the athletes to do a LEGLESS rope climb.  We will stick with regular rope climbs for tomorrow and throw on a 30 minute CAP!


Let's get after it!  And don't forget about yoga at 6:30pm with Sherri! 


BEAST Bootcamp (8:30am-9:30am)


TRX & Core: A total break from heavy weights. This class utilizes the core in every aspect using the TRX bands, core work, while incorporating resistance bands and jump rope. With the use of your core and bodyweight, this class is sure to strengthen and tone, while resting from heavy lifting.


Yoga (6:30pm)
